When will my order be shipped? I have not received any updates to my order

Packages typically ship from the UK within 1-2 days of us receiving your order. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Royal Mail 1st Class. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. 


Shipping confirmation will be emailed when your order is dispatched. Please ensure you check all spam/junk folders just incase! Still not there? Not to worry just shoot us a message and we will take a look for you to ensure your products are all set!

My order shows delivered, but I have not received it

In most cases shortly after you receive your order the tracking status will be marked as ‘Delivered’. If you haven't received it, we recommend checking with anyone at home or with your neighbours to check if they have received it on your behalf.


It is also worth noting that the tracking information may be inaccurate, and packages are marked as 'Delivered' before they arrive! Your package will most likely be delivered within 4 business days. If this is not the case please contact us using the link below.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

Royal Mail. 

Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?

If we are able to intercept your order before it is processed we will endeavour to make the requested changes, however once it has been processed you will be unable to make changes to either the contents or delivery address.

Will my package be charged customs and import charges?

You may be responsible for any charges that may apply to you from customs or other government agencies of your country.


It is also your responsibility to ensure that you can import The Sweet Skin Co products.


We are not able to refund or replace any orders that are held by customs or other government agencies. Please ensure you check your local requirements before placing an order.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been processed & dispatched you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your orders journey.
