Can I change my billing information?
Unfortunately we are unable to edit the billing address once you have placed an order. Don't sweat it! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will still be able to receive your order!
I'm charged twice. What should I do?
We are sorry it looks like you've been double charged! In many cases, you will see this as "Pending" transaction. Don't worry!
A declined transaction can also appear as "Pending". If this happens, the transaction will not be cleared by the bank and the amount will be reversed back to your account within 5-10 business days.

Someone stole my card and made a purchase on your site. What should I do?
If you think your credit card was used to purchase something on our website without your authorisation, please contact your bank immediately.
Let them know that your credit card was stolen and they will assist you accordingly.
