My delivery was attempted but I missed it?

Please use your tracking number to arrange collection or re-delivery of your items. If this is not completed, your package may be returned to us or disposed of by the courier.  Additional shipping costs will apply for re-delivery.

I ordered on Friday, when will I receive my order?

All orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

I put the wrong address on my order, please help!

Please be careful when entering your address, The Sweet Skin Co will not be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.  

I have not received my order!

If your order has not arrived please do not hesitate to contact us using the link below so we can look in to it for you.  Please ensure you provide the order number when reaching out so we can assist as promptly as possible.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately at hello@thesweetskinco.com. Please include your order number, and photographs of the damaged product/s. 


Please note that there is a 30 day resolution period from the date of receiving your order, we can not assist or resolve such issues outside of this window. 


We only accept responsibility for damages occurred during transit, we are not responsible for damages caused by the customer once in their possession.

Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order!


We process orders pretty quickly once placed so that they can reach you as soon as possible. If any order has been through processing and dispatch we will unfortunately be unable to cancel it for you.

Can I modify my order?

Mistakes happen, it’s a part of life! If we are able to intercept your order before it is processed we will endeavour to make the requested changes, however once it has been processed you will be unable to make changes.

Just provide us with the below so we can sort the issue as promptly as possible -


- Order number

- A photo of the wrong product you received

- A photo of the shipping label 


We will get back to you as soon as possible.


It is advisable to reach out to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Please ensure you check all spam/junk folders just incase!  Still not there?  Not to worry just shoot us a message and we will take a look for you to ensure your products are all set!
