#1 - Give Your Skin an Ice Facial

Ever get those big red, angry breakouts? Enter the ice Facial!  


Sounds cold, but applying ice to your face can have real benefits including relieving pain, decreasing inflammation, combatting swelling and reducing excess oil.


"Skin Icing" is easy - we recommend grabbing 4 or 5 ice cubes, popping them in a soft cloth and gently massaging your face in circular motions for a few minutes each time. This can be done a few times a day.

#2 - Apply your Facial Oil OVER your Moisturiser

Yes, really!


Oil is occlusive, which means that it creates a barrier over the skin to trap moisture. Because of this your facial oil should be applied last so it doesn't prevent any other products from being absorbed in to your skin.


Or try mixing your face oil and moisturiser together for mega hydration!

#3 - Invest in Microfibre Cloths for Cleansing

Traditional cloths or flannels can be damaging to delicate facial skin as they can be quite rough and abrasive.  


Investing in soft microfibre cloths is a much more skin-friendly method of cleaning your face - super gentle, plus it saves millions of cotton pads from ending up in landfill!

#4 - Cool-water Cleansing

Hot water is too harsh for your face.  Try using lukewarm or cool water and only wash your face in the shower if you're prepared to turn the temperature right down first!

#5 - Wash your Body AFTER Washing your Hair
